Availability.
Meeting times
We usually schedule meetings at 11am or 1pm, Monday to Thursday. If another time works better for you, please let us know and we can confirm availability.
Communication
In a time when it’s getting harder to reach a real person (just try calling the IRD!), we choose to be different. You can reach us by phone, pop in to see us, send an email, or connect online — whatever works best for you. Real conversations and connecting with people matter to us; they’re at the heart of what we do.
Our response times are 2-5 working days. The nature of our works means we often are focused on the job at hand. If we haven’t got back to you and something is urgent please call or text the office mobile.
On Fridays, we say we’re “closed,” but we’re actually hard at work. Fridays are our Focus Day — a chance to switch o, from phones and emails so we can dedicate uninterrupted time to getting things done.
